    Overview:
    We are currently seeking a motivated and tech-savvy General Office Services Specialist to join our team.

    This role is ideal for individuals seeking to gain professional experience and those who enjoy multitasking with a consistent pace to the day.

    Flexible scheduling available for students.


    Responsibilities:

    • Assist with daily office operations, including document intake, editing, printing, and endtoend data management
    • Provide outstanding customer service, handling inquiries and assisting staff with a friendly and professional demeanor.
    • Operate and troubleshoot office technologies such as printers, copiers, and computers.
    • Support various departments with adhoc projects and tasks as needed.
    • Maintain inventory, assist with administrative tasks, manage vendors

    Requirements:

    • Comfortable working with technology and eager to learn new software and systems.
    • Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to providing superior customer service.
    • Ability to work flexibly, with options for a variety of shifts that accommodate your academic commitments.
    • Professional attitude and appearance.
    • No prior experience is necessary; training will be provided for the right candidate.
