    As an Engineering Manager (Video Delivery) at Mux, you will lead the team responsible for driving the development and scaling of our rapidly expanding video delivery pipeline.

    You and your team will live close to our edge, focused on building and maintaining the delivery platform that supports Mux Video playback, with an emphasis on:
    expanding globally, reliability, performance, security, and supporting new product features.
    **Develop roadmaps for scaling our delivery pipeline to support the rapidly growing video consumption and product evolution.

    • Facilitate the planning and execution of the projects that will successfully deliver on that roadmap.
    • Hire, develop, and retain strong engineering talent.
    **Previous engineering management experience with a track record of successfully building and leading inclusive, highly productive teams.

    • Experience building and running edge compute workloads: Experience building distributed systems data processing pipelines.
    * you enjoy motivating and bringing a group of people together (engineering and cross-functional).

    **You'll be joining an amazing team from places like Google/YouTube, Amazon/Twitch, Facebook/Oculus, and Brightcove.
