QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Superintendent in the commercial construction industry
Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and regulations
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and a focus on quality
Procore experience a plus
Pay:
$54, $65,627.76 per year
