QUALIFICATIONS:
Thorough understanding of construction processes for a general contractor is a MUST

Prior commercial construction experience is preferred

Proficient at reading and understanding construction documents for ground-up restaurants (civils, architectural, landscape, structural, MEP drawings, specs, soils, and environmental reports)

Ability to perform take-offs and quantify construction scope

Prior experience with PlanGrid (Autodesk Build), Building Connected, or BidMail is a plus


Pay:
$85, $100,000.00 per year
