Colliers, WV is part of the ProCredit Group in Germany, which serves as the house bank for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and private clients in eleven countries in Southeast and Eastern Europe.

In Germany, we focus on medium-sized companies with business relationships in these markets.

Additionally, in collaboration with the teams of the respective ProCredit banks on site, we provide long-term loans for sustainable entrepreneurial investments in Southeast and Eastern Europe.

As the group's correspondent bank, we manage group treasury, foreign payments, and trade financing.

Through our activities, we aim to make an active contribution to the environmentally and socially sustainable economic development in the region.


To strengthen our team in Frankfurt am Main, we are currently looking for a dedicated university graduate to join us as a
Trainee in Accounting & Reporting.


Your responsibilities:


Are you interested in accounting processes, statistical and regulatory analyses? In our 12-month trainee program, you will have the opportunity to gain in-depth insights into the areas of accounting and regulatory reporting at ProCredit Bank and further develop according to your interests.

As part of this trainee program, you will be integrated from the beginning and entrusted with the following tasks:

  • Participation in ongoing accounting and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts
  • Assistance in the preparation of regulatory and statistical reports, including to the Deutsche Bundesbank
  • Support in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB and IFRS
