The JobAs a leader for both engineering and product management, you will be responsible for ensuring that the products that we develop are aligned with our long-term strategic vision.
Work covers all parts of the hardware development lifecycle, from designing for manufacturability, requirements capture and design, to final testing and production launch.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about developing people and products, and has remained a master of their technical craft.
You will be leading engineers in design and in the lab to create and develop products that provide strategic ventilation.

The Requirements
Significant progressive experience leading engineering teams in a highly technical field
Minimum 4-year degree, preferably focused on Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
Proficiency in new product development with a proven history of success new product launches
Significant hands-on experience developing complex hardware & software systems, from product concept through production
Solid background in manufacture engineering, combined with demonstrable experience designing for manufacturability
Familiarity with FEA standards and CFD Systems and Analysis
Bonus Points
Prior experience thriving in an early-stage business or start-up environment
Prior experience creating structure, process and discipline where minimal structure exists
Post-graduate Masters or Ph.
D. degree focused onElectrical or Mechanical Engineering
Passion for the dairy industry
