Responsibilities:

  • Leading the design team in the development of pharmaceutical systems and products
  • Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring projects in the design field
  • Developing innovative solutions to optimize production processes and systems
  • Ensuring compliance with quality standards, guidelines, and regulations of the pharmaceutical industry, as well as timely, costeffective, and highquality completion of customer orders
  • Managing the design department and its budget

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, process engineering, or a related field
  • Several years of experience in design, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Experience in leading and developing teams
  • Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant tools
  • Strong problemsolving skills and innovative mindset
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
