- Oversee the operations of all properties in the portfolio
- Manage the staff of property managers, leasing agents, and maintenance personnel
- Develop and execute financial budgets for the portfolio
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Monitor the performance of the portfolio and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain tenants
- Work with the sales team to close new deals
- Represent the company to tenants, vendors, and other stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in real estate management
- Excellent financial analysis and reporting skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, real estate, or a related field
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

What this job involves - The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for the overall performance of a portfolio of real estate assets. This includes overseeing the operations, staff, financial budgeting, reporting, marketing, and leasing efforts for all properties in the portfolio. The Regional Facilities Manager must have a strong understanding of the real estate market and be able to develop and execute strategies that will maximize the value of the portfolio.
