    Job Title: Facilities Manager
    Position Overview:
    • Responsible for maintaining the security, upkeep, and services of company facilities to ensure a clean, safe, and well-managed work environment for employees and visitors.
    • Lead and manage a facilities service team, overseeing maintenance staff, contractors, janitorial services, security personnel, and related staff to ensure effective delivery of site services.
    Essential Job Functions:
    • Maintain day-to-day facility operations, delegate maintenance work orders.
    • Supervise, coach, and train facility staff, oversee routine maintenance, monitor safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas.
    • Manage facility operations and systems, including buildings, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, alarm systems, janitorial, and security.
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety hazards, and coordinate repairs.
    • Establish and oversee vendor relationships, manage service agreements, ensure standards and customer satisfaction are met.
    • Work on site-related projects such as expansions, renovations, and enhancements.
    • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines.
    • Assist in managing budgets, ensure cost-effective operations.
    • Implement policies and standards for efficient and effective site services.
    • Perform regular reviews of facility work order completion times.
    • Handle other duties as assigned.
    Requirements:
    • Associates or Bachelors degree in facilities management or equivalent experience.
    • Minimum 10 years of professional experience with 5 years in facility operations and management.
    • Professional certifications in facility management are desirable.
    • Knowledge of facility maintenance programs, building codes, health and safety requirements.
    • Strong leadership and management skills, ability to motivate a team.
    • Experience in vendor management, negotiating contracts, basic knowledge of systems.
    • Organizational, multitasking, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Financial acumen, budget management skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
    • Team player with open collaborative work style.
    Market Range: $121,000 - $151,000 (compensation may vary)
