    Description

    Job Description:

    The HCM Functional resource actively participates in all phases of the implementation lifecycle (discovery, configuration, testing, deployment, post go-live support), under the guidance of the Project Manager, and may oversee one or more tasks. Project duties entail: gathering client requirements, configuring systems to meet specified needs, setting and managing client expectations, offering advice to Associate Consultants, identifying risks, and communicating issues to the Project Manager.

    Having a minimum of 8 years of IT background and at least 5 years of techno-functional involvement in Oracle HCM Cloud - specifically in Core HR and Compensation Workbench modules. Additional exposure and familiarity with other HCM modules such as Performance and Payroll would be beneficial.

    Required Oracle HCM skills:

    • Proficient in Core HR operations across multiple countries, including setting up employee and manager self-service features. Prior engagement in 2-3 support tasks within HCM Fusion cloud. Sound understanding of various HR Transactions like Global Transfers, employee conversions, and employee life cycle management.
    • Detailed knowledge of Comp Workbench functionality, involving plan design, Budget management, components, custom fields, alerts, dynamic calculations, comp worksheet configurations, ICPs, eligibility criteria, and fast formulas.
    • Familiarity with security management aspects including role management, Areas of Responsibilities, and Custom security profiles design.
    • Expertise in developing intricate HCM reports and dashboards using OTBI in HR, comp workbench, and payroll domains.
    • Hands-on experience in setting up workflows for various HCM transactions.
    • Skilled in preparing functional design documents and working across all project stages: Requirement analysis, Fit/Gap Assessment, system configuration, testing, and Production Support.
    • Aptitude in successfully implementing an HRIS module or a similar end-to-end solution. Understanding of prevalent human capital management (HCM) business procedures.
    • Must possess excellent Customer relationship skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple projects and clients concurrently, effectively managing priorities.
    • Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration aptitude.
    • Capability to lead and facilitate client workshops and sessions.

    The anticipated annual salary for this role is in the range of $90,000 to $110,000. The final salary package will be tailored on an individual basis, considering various factors such as relevant expertise, background, education, and, if applicable, professional licenses or certifications held. Along with the base salary and competitive benefits, this position may qualify for extra types of compensation like discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
