- Receive, review, and process incoming orders for customers and departments, accurately, and promptly, while ensuring all necessary information is complete and precise.
- Enter order details, customer information, and any relevant data into the company's order management system with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Serve as a point of contact for addressing inquiries, clarifying order specifications, coordinating re-measure process, and resolving any issues or complaints related to order processing.
- Update inventory daily to ensure accurate product availability.
- Work closely with the Operations Managers to ensure material is ordered correctly and promptly to fulfill installation dates and deadlines.
- Learn and retain a deep knowledge of Bath Experts processes and procedures.
- Suggest and participate in process improvements to better serve our customers.
- Communicate and coordinate within the team and other various departments as needed.
- Provide status of caseload and issues to management when requested.
- Participate in projects, cross-training, and continuing education.
- 1 year of related professional work experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and have a high level of organizational and administrative skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Proactive mindset and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to learn and work independently and manage competing priorities.
