Job Title: Security Operations Center Operator

Job Description:

Perform core functions of the Client Security Operations Center (CSOC)
Monitor and manage intrusion detection alarms
Dispatch first responders to security incidents
Answer and prioritize security event calls
Log personnel into substations
Write detailed incident reports
Identify and report security system issues
Create and submit service requests for system repairs

Primary Duties and Accountabilities:

Monitor and address intrusion detection alarms
Respond to security incident reports
Manage site entry/exit system events
Submit security incident reports
Request corrective maintenance for security systems
Perform system checks and video tours
Provide administrative support

Position Specifications:

Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in security systems and business operations
Minimum qualifications: AA degree or equivalent experience

Position Scope:

The Security Operations Center Operator plays a critical role in safeguarding client infrastructure and assets through 24/7 monitoring of physical security systems and call center operations.

Pay Range and Benefits:

Pay Range: $28.00 per hour
Benefits include medical coverage, dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and more
