    Residential Loan Administrator

    Position Overview


    • Responsible for the administration of residential mortgage loans from application.
    Administrate residential mortgage loans from application through funding.

    Duties include but are not limited to:
    File setup
    Loan costs and fees verification
    Determining, requesting and gathering applicable applicant documentation
    Issuing initial and amended LE and disclosures
    Requesting and gathering applicable documentation for underwriting conditions
    Issuing initial and amended CD
    Issuing closing packages
    Responsible for working with customers via all channels of communication.
    Responsible for compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations and secondary market guidelines, policies and procedures.
    Attends/completes relevant courses and seminars, as assigned.
    Requirements


    • Minimum of five or more years' experience in residential loan administration.
    • Extensive working knowledge of Encompass LOS
    • Knowledge of Fannie Mae products and guidelines.
    • Knowledge of other secondary market products and guidelines.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
    Other Skills/Abilities


    • Exceptional customer service skills, ability to multi-task and a cooperative team approach is essential.
    • Proficiency in all relevant computer technology.
    • Adherence to corporate dress code.
    • Regular attendance and punctuality is essential to this position.
