Settlement Specialist (m/f/d) for distressed loans

. In this role, you will independently handle complex distressed corporate loan engagements. The Special Credit Management department is responsible for managing problem loan engagements in the restructuring and liquidation segments.

Your responsibilities


  • Termination of assigned loan engagements
  • Development and implementation of individual settlement concepts, especially in insolvency cases
  • Negotiation with customers, insolvency administrators, security providers, and public financiers
  • Enforcement, execution, repayment agreements, settlement negotiations
  • Management and realization of all types of collateral, attendance at forced auction dates
  • Accompaniment of insolvency proceedings, participation in creditor committees and meetings
  • Processing and settlement of promotional loans and public guarantees
  • Review and proposal of risk provisions
