    Job DescriptionSummary/Objective

    The Loan Servicing Administrator is responsible for directly assisting the VP Loan Administration/Collections Manager in the daily operation of the department and ensure the assets under their leadership perform to acceptable levels set forth by upper management.

    Essential Functions
    • Maintain expert knowledge of all Loan Servicing processes and practices.
    • Oversee and ensure Standard Operating Procedures are created, are accurate and are compliant with any regulatory, federal, or state requirements.
    • Serve as back-up for Collections (current to 90 days past due) including reporting requirements as needed.
    • Serve as back-up for day-to-day Loan Servicing operations as needed.
    • Develop, lead, mentor and provide guidance to team members to reinforce skills and increase department effectiveness and production.
    • Assist in the formulation and implementation of policy, budget, and strategic planning as it relates to the department.
    • Assist in developing processes and efficiencies for department.
    • Ensure the department complies with appropriate procedures, regulations, and guidelines.
    • Serve on committees as deemed necessary.
    • Serve as the System Admin for product/parameter changes on Core system and create/test new loan products.
    • Monitor and enforce timely and accurate production of department reports and related data.
    • Handle special projects as may be assigned by the VP, Loan Administration/Collections Manager.
    Competencies
    • General management skills required including strong organizational, communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to work with deadlines and complete projects on time
    • Strong conflict resolution skills
    • Strong understanding of secondary market (sales, servicing requirements, reporting)
    Required education and Experience
    • 15+ years of Senior Level Loan Servicing with previous supervisory experience
