- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the laboratory space and assisting in inventory management.
- Collaborating with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as biology, biochemistry, or a related discipline.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey scientific information.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in research within the biotech or life science industry, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in basic laboratory techniques and operation of laboratory equipment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to accurately follow experimental protocols.
- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively as well as independently when necessary.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced research environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Compensation:
The estimated base compensation range for this position is $23 to $26 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation details will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors.
