Student Assistant Transformation & Project Management, Infrastructure - Real Estate (m/f/d) in Doraville

  • Participation in challenging national and international real estate projects - from the initial idea to planning, construction and execution to the operation of the properties
  • Support in project management and control of building and infrastructure projects with public and private clients
  • Assistance in designing processes for our clients and providing advice on technical and economic issues
  • Diverse tasks in the field of PPP projects (Public Private Partnership)
  • Studies in civil engineering or industrial engineering and management or architecture, at least in the 5th semester with relevant specialization subjects
  • Ideally, first experiences in project management or in the planning/execution of real estate projects
  • Knowledge in the areas of VOB, HOAI or AHO is advantageous
  • Analytical skills and precise working methods, as well as proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills in German and ideally in English
