Job Title:
Logistics Consultant

Work Location:
Houston, TX(Onsite)

Develop, execute, and defend supply chain strategy in alignment with overall business objectives.
Identify opportunities for improvement in network and leverage stakeholder feedback to prioritize and execute projects.
Develop strategies for Ocean Freight Logistics, Railroad logistics and LTL/FTL strategies for Road freight
Develop Freight/transportation operations including high level selection of carrier, routing and scheduling to ensure timely and costeffective delivery of goods.
Develop and maintain a robust system for tracking and analyzing key supply chain metrics such as ontime delivery, order accuracy, inventory turnover and cost performance.

Qualifications:

10+ years of progressive Logistics & Supply Chain experience
Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, practices, and industry trends.
Experience of designing logistic networks and integrating systems
Understanding of project management creating work breakdown structures and project delivery schedules for design and related services.
