About the Role:

We are seeking friendly and attentive individuals to join our team as Waiter/Waitresses.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Greet guests warmly as they arrive, escort them to their tables, and provide menus. Assist with menu recommendations, answer questions about food and beverages, and take orders accurately.

Order Management: Transmit orders to the kitchen staff, ensuring that special requests or dietary restrictions are communicated clearly. Monitor order progress and coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.

Table Service: Serve food and beverages to guests according to established service standards. Ensure that plates are presented attractively, and beverages are refilled promptly. Check in with guests regularly to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.

Payment Processing: Present bills to guests, process payments accurately, and provide change or receipts as needed. Thank guests for their patronage and invite them to return.

Cleanliness and Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area, including clearing tables, resetting tables for the next guests, and assisting with general cleanup tasks as needed.
