At Delano, our Maintenance and Reliability Engineering Team (RME Team) is at the core of Amazon's commitment to innovation. As Amazon continues to evolve, this team ensures that the technologies and tools we use also evolve. As a Senior RME Technician, you will help us stay one step ahead of development. You will utilize the latest technologies and identify new, efficient work methods. In this role, you will closely monitor our processes and contribute to maintaining and increasing our highest safety standards.


Key job responsibilities:

  • Implementing best practices and operating equipment and systems with the highest safety standards
  • Tracking equipment performance through visual inspections, conditionbased monitoring, and scheduling additional maintenance as needed
  • Responsible for the technical team during their shift, providing support and development opportunities
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues to reduce downtime and enable the fastest possible processing of packages
  • Assisting in the continuous improvement of systems and standardization of processes across the EU network

A day in the life:


You will oversee a maintenance team during a shift, ensuring that all employees have the necessary tools and that they are functioning properly.

This includes monitoring processes to ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines, as well as ensuring the completion of preventative maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.

Through your observations during shift work, you will make suggestions for improvements to make our systems even more efficient and productive, and implement these improvements across the EU.
