Description

The 16-member controlling team of the publicly listed New Work SE, with its brands XING and kununu, is responsible for the group-wide planning and management of the company.

We support the board and top management in all matters of strategic and operational corporate management:

whether it's business model strategies, defining financial goals, investment decisions, or performance improvement initiatives, as controllers we sit at the decision-making table.

Group Controlling - as an independent department alongside Business Controlling - is involved as a trusted partner of the board in all aspects of corporate performance management, and contributes with analyses and recommendations for action to concrete decisions regarding corporate strategy and result management.

As a future manager (m/f/d), you will be part of a team of 5 specialists and will be responsible for providing and further developing our group-wide reporting.

Together with our system expert, you will contribute to automating processes and making our reporting more modern and meaningful.
