- Manage all repair and maintenance work for customer machines and NED rental fleet equipment
- Supervise service department personnel.
- Managing customer relations and service invoicing process
- Financial management of the service department.
- Manage staffing and retention of service personnel. - Coordinate training for technicians.
- Acquire new service business and estimate repair costs accurately and timely.
- Manage warranty claim submission process with manufacturers.
- We are only looking for candidates with five plus years of experience in the heavy equipment service industry.
- Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
