    Service Manager


    The Service Manager oversees the coordination of Service Technicians' assignments and travel, handles process-related issues, and manages communications with customers regarding warranty and service requirements.


    Duties:
    Manage team members, including technicians and advisors, to achieve team objectives and sales targets. Demonstrate extensive knowledge of industry standards, product details, and company services. Provide exemplary customer service, nurture customer relationships, and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally. Assist with administrative tasks and ensure compliance with industry regulations and laws. Set up and maintain the service desk, manage team members, and enhance desk efficiency. Resolve service desk issues, enhance methods for increased productivity and customer satisfaction. Monitor departmental issues and customer complaints to identify and mitigate recurring problems. Regularly audit work and customer service standards to ensure quality and effectiveness. Oversee inspections, reports, and repairs, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.


    Skills and Qualifications:
    Minimum 5 years of experience in wastewater plant design/operations, with expertise in operational improvements and installations. Field service experience related to headworks and clarifiers. Management or lead role in facilities maintenance. Bachelor's degree in civil or environmental engineering required. American Society of Civil Engineers certification and/or Professional Engineer license required. Previous service experience, comprehensive industry knowledge, and management experience. Strong customer-facing skills, excellent written and verbal communication. Self-motivated, adept at troubleshooting and creative problem-solving. Degree in business or administration preferred.
