Schedule for this position is Tuesday - Saturday from 8:
00am - 4:
00pm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound customer communications
- Help Customers with account access, order placement, etc.
- Maintain working product knowledge
- Act as a product expert to ensure information given to customers is accurate and up to date.

- Prior Customer service experience in an office environment a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to address complaints and issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude.
