    Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist for a direct hire position with our client located in Los Angeles. This position will be working onsite

    $75,000 to $95,000 depending on experience, plus benefits

    Requires excellent communication skills and strong experience working directly with end users via in-person, phone or virtual

    Technical Support Specialist Responsibilities:
    • Position will be responsible for supporting the end-users with technical issues, hardware and software support
    • Responsible for installing, configuring and administer of laptops/desktops and mobile devices
    • Hardware and software applications, operating systems and various peripherals such as printers, phones or projectors
    • Responsible for the set up and configuration of the audio/video conferencing systems
    • Responsible for the timely troubleshooting, identification, and diagnoses of technical issues related to desktops and end-user systems/equipment
    • Handle the help desk calls and assist the System Engineers
    • Basic networking background and working with MS Office 365, iManager, Windows, iOS and Android platforms
    • Understanding of server and data center hardware and troubleshooting
    • Strong analytical skills and effective communication
    Technical Support Specialist Requirements:
    • High School Diploma, AA or BA/BS is highly desired
    • 3-5 years of strong technical support experience
    • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and strong customer service approach
    • Experience with imaging, printers, copiers, Windows and document management systems
    • Legal industry is desired or working in a professional service environment
