- Accurately process title and tag work for various state and county tag offices daily
- Troubleshooting and problem resolution specific to titles, odometer discrepancies, power of attorney, etc.
- Contributes to and encourage others to demonstrate a team focused, values based, service culture throughout the company
- Answer and respond to customers / dealership personnel courteously on all issues
- Document thoroughly and scan title documents into the servicing software
- Maintain a professional, calm manner when negotiating with difficult or upset customers
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures in title clerical activities
- Ensure compliance with state, federal or local laws in processing titles
- Performs other duties as assigned or requested to assure optimum service levels
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing and interpersonal skills required
- Ability to work in a high performance, fast-paced team environment
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail
- Good analytical ability and judgment
- Ability to develop and maintain working relationships and deal effectively with personnel across the organization
- Ability to work independently to successfully complete title work assignments on time
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Strong Excel
- Minimum 3-5 years of automotive title experience, preferred
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.

This position is responsible for processing vehicle title and tag paperwork using the respective states/agencies guidelines in a timely and accurate manner to assure a high level of customer satisfaction while satisfying American Financials Title and Tag policies and procedures.
