    **Job Overview**

    The Customer Service Representative is responsible for greeting clients and directing them to the appropriate sales representative. You help handle basic inquires such as store location and hours, product availability, order statuses, and pricing. You also help to maintain showroom and sample department supply and organization.

    **Duties**

    Greet and welcome clients

    Introduce showroom clients to sales representatives

    Assist with answering phone calls and handle basic inquires according to company script

    Assist with transferring phone calls to the appropriate department or representative

    Maintain a neat and organized workspace and maintain organization in the showroom and sample department

    Assist in inventory cycles

    Work within the framework of the company's defined policies, procedures, goals and directives.

    Any other duties required of the position

    **Minimum Qualifications**

    High School Degree or Equivalent at a minimum

    Excellent and professional phone, email, and computer skills

    Friendly and outgoing personality

    Positive attitude

    Excellent and professional phone skills

    Excellent verbal and written English communication skills

    Ability to multitask and assist more than one client at a time

    Possess a flexible work schedule

    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

    Prior receptionist or customer service experience is a plus

    Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus
