- Lead and manage the project logistics sales team.
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities within the power, energy and mining spaces.
- Collaborate closely with existing key clients to gain insights into evolving needs and provide tailored logistics solutions.
- Ensure retained high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and engage with new clients, expanding the client portfolio.
- Cross functionally coordinate complex shipments with relevant internal teams.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across the region.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in business development, sales, or related roles within the project logistics industry, with a focus on oil and gas.
- In-depth knowledge of project logistics and supply chain management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently, autonomously, and drive results.
