- Develop and execute new and exciting menus that will appeal to a wide range of customers and reflect the venue's overall theme and atmosphere
- Lead the kitchen team in the preparation and presentation of all dishes
- Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all aspects of the dining experience are of the highest quality
- Partner with external chefs, incorporating and executing their unique menus in alignment with our culinary philosophy.
- Maintain inventory and manage food costs to ensure profitability
- Stay current with industry trends and competitive information to identify opportunities for growth
- Manage the kitchen staff and provide training and guidance as needed
- Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations
- Participate in menu tastings and presentations with the corporate and management team
- 5+ years of experience as an executive chef or similar role in the hospitality and entertainment industry
- Strong leadership and team-building skills
- Proven track record of success in creating innovative and delicious menus
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing food costs and inventory
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Culinary degree from an accredited culinary school
- Knowledge of Las Vegas events and hospitality industry is a plus

Job Overview
The Executive Chef for Electric Playhouse's new Las Vegas location will be responsible for leading the culinary team and creating delicious and innovative menus that will enhance the overall experience for our customers. This is a highly visible and hands-on role that requires a creative and experienced chef who can work collaboratively with a team of kitchen staff to deliver a memorable and unique dining experience.
