    Position Summary

    The Strategic Alliances Manager is responsible forcultivating and leveraging relationships with new and existing partners to deepen business relationshipsto support Epiq's growth objectives. Partnering focus will be on AI for LegalTech software vendors who Epiq can either resell or incorporate into larger product or service offerings. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in managing relationships with various sized firms ranging from large, complex organizations to start-up firms.

    Essential Job Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership and support of relationships with established partners with the intent of creating new or growingcurrent revenue streams.
  • Identify gaps in the market and source new partners.Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to create and launch partnerships with vendors.
  • Develop the go-to-market model for the partnership (referral, resale, OEM, other)
  • Engage with Product teams to develop an understanding of current products/solutions and future roadmap to inform opportunities to expand existing alliances and establish new relationships.
  • Track opportunities, pipeline, bookings, marketing activities, and development activities to provide measurable KPIs around the success of assigned relationships.Conduct regular review calls to track progress and identify any inhibitors.
  • Provide first line of support for partner escalations, troubleshoot challenges and actas anescalation point to lead internal teams to a resolution.
  • Work closely with legal team to create, amend, and renew contracts.

    • Qualifications

  • 3+ years in either inbusiness developmentor partner management.
  • Experience building key strategic relationships and demonstrated ability to make these relationships successful.
  • Strong project management experience, with exceptional skills at handling multiple, complex projects.
  • Experience partnering with modern software firms and developing go to market partnering initiatives with them.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to effectively influence internal stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
  • Experience in the legal industry a plus, particularly around AI.

    The Compensation range for this role is 105, ,422.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
