For the Evangelical Senior Center Hasenheyer-Stift, located at Meistersingerstraße 20 in 14471 Potsdam, we are looking for a qualified nursing professional (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible, either full-time or part-time.

Your role will involve promoting the independence and well-being of our residents through individualized, activating, and holistic care and support.

* You will be responsible for planning the nursing and care process within the assigned care group. * You will ensure accurate documentation of the care provided and its progress. * You will perform basic care and simple medical treatments.

* You will attend to the needs of the residents and their families, and work closely with colleagues and the nursing management.

* You will be responsible for maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
