Advocacy Host - Angel's Envy About the role
This role will support the National Guardian at the Brand Home Advocacy Bar: co-host Advocacy experiences at the Brand Home, create a welcoming, informative, and comfortable environment for every Advocacy guest on a premium level, foster & maintain local partnerships with target accounts & hotels. This position will be instrumental in the success of the daily functions of the Advocacy Bar and assist with planning for the future of what best looks like. Responsibilities
Guest Visit Coordination (Triple Seat)
Conduct Advocacy & Single Barrel Tours & Tastings
Lead these in lieu of National Guardian of Advocacy & Brand Culture when National Guardian is out of market.
Set up/ Breakdown of Advocacy Room
Maintain Gift Bags & Specialty Items
Track and manage monthly reports including guest count, visit type and experience notes
Support National Guardian of Advocacy & Brand Culture & Advocacy Manager with tour and experience development
Support the National Guardian of Advocacy & Brand Culture to develop the itineraries and manage the schedules of the four quarterly Whiskey Guardian distillery trainings that will drive re-training and education.
Manage the internal visits calendar as well as consult with key vendors (hotels, caterers, transport companies), market leads and stakeholders to ensure visits are fully organized and well executed
Manage target account list for Louisville market, make reservations, maintain relationships
Manage T&E budget for local support
Competitive analysis twice a year to other local brand homes/distilleries for R&D and comparative learnings
Support with any one-off brand events requested by Regional Marketing Manager, Sales & Marketing Manager or brand team
Skills and Experience
Progressive thinker who anticipates the needs of guests in a proactive fashion
Ability to confidently problem solve and pivot when adverse situations arise
Previous experience of organizing and running events would be beneficial to applicants
The ability to multitask and prioritize workflow is a keen requirement, for managing multiple tasks
A collaborative approach and ability to work closely with multiple stakeholders across different markets and areas of business, while ensuring a quality of service that benefits our brand
Research our competitors brand home experiences
Research and develop WOW factors to create unique experiences for our guests
