    • Efficient deployment of applications within a Windows Server 2019/2016 environment.
    • Expert utilization of Active Directory Domain services for Windows Server 2019/2016, encompassing domain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and domain administration.
    • Conducting daily system monitoring, encompassing the verification of hardware and server resource integrity, system functionality, and essential processes. This includes a thorough review of system and application logs and verification of scheduled job completions such as backups.
    • Diligent execution of regular security monitoring to promptly identify and address any potential security intrusions.
    • Provision of comprehensive testing and evaluation support, including technical contributions to test request forms and IV&V (Independent Verification and Validation) test plans. Actively participating in and supporting testing and evaluation events.
    • Offering Tier III and other support services in response to requests from various stakeholders, with a focus on meticulous issue investigation and troubleshooting.
    • Proficiency in rapid recovery from hardware or software failures, with effective coordination and communication with affected stakeholders.
    • Regular application of OS patches and upgrades, along with administrative tool and utility enhancements and configurations of new services as deemed necessary.
