Position Title: Help Desk Supervisor

Typical Day to Day:
Individual will be responsible for supporting the SC manufacturing facility of about 300 end users that have desktops. Will be in the office 5 days a week. Will be responsible for Desktop Support, phone system support, replacing Cisco Switches, basic Windows Server Administration, and Active directory. Must be comfortable in a manufacturing type of facility.
Years Experience/Degree Requirements/Certification:
5+ years enterprise support experience
