The primary responsibility of the Talent & OD Partner is to partner with the CPO and liaise with both the Talent COE and BU HRBP resources to facilitate the execution of the talent strategy.

The Talent & OD Director should have the ability to comprehend complex strategy and translate that to the organization strengths and gaps in the skills and capabilities necessary to execute the strategy.

This role also requires the competency to use those insights to guide a talent strategy that informs delivery against these needs.
