Job Description:

As an Application Manager for a company-wide application or platform at Bethesda, you will be responsible for technical inquiries regarding your application, as well as infrastructure, platform, components, and interfaces.

You will also be responsible for documentation and ensuring compliance with all necessary standards. Your duties will include gathering requirements, evaluating their feasibility, and initiating adjustments. You will coordinate and manage changes and developments, both internally and with external partners. Additionally, you will coordinate collaboration with other internal departments.

Qualifications:

A completed degree or equivalent education in the IT field, with at least three years of relevant work experience in the specified tasks.

Expertise in project management and agile working methods is required, as well as experience in change, release, and problem management.

Knowledge of common IT technologies and infrastructures, particularly in the areas of IT system architecture, IT infrastructure and platform, as well as application architecture and development, and ideally also business knowledge.

Knowledge of security management for software applications is desirable. Strong communication and analytical skills, as well as a goal-oriented and customer-focused approach, are essential. Good written and spoken English and German skills are required.
