- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Managing staffing and caregiver schedules to ensure adequate coverage for all clients
- Monitoring client satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate records and documentation
- Managing finances and budgeting for the franchise
- Conducting regular performance evaluations for caregivers and office staff
- Manage a team of caregivers and office staff, providing coaching, support, and guidance as needed to ensure a high level of employee satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and community organizations to promote the franchise and establish a strong reputation for quality care.
- Stay updated on industry standards and regulations and implement any necessary changes to maintain compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a management role, preferably in the senior care or healthcare industry.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Experience with financial management and budgeting.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
- Must be able to pass a background check.

Senior Helpers - Greater Dallas, a leading franchise in the senior care industry, is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee the daily operations of our franchise in Richardson, Texas.
The Director of Operations will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality care for our senior clients, managing a team of caregivers and office staff, and maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.
