    Qualifications:
    Clean & valid driver's license required (this is an outside sales position)5+ years of industry sales experience strongly preferredAbility to manage a sales territory, prospect, and cultivate new accounts Good influencing skillsEconomically motivatedExcellent organizational and communication skillsPC Proficient (Including high proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office and other software)

    Responsibilities:
    The successful sale of H.O.

    Penn Engine Product Support products and servicesProduce targeted engine parts and service sales volumes and marginsProduce targeted volumes for CSA and ESC salesDevelop and employ market information related to new and existing customers, applications, products, and competitors to grow the Power Systems Product Support businessEnhance customer and company relationships by contributing to the improvement of the customers' quality of experienceEngage in promotional and marketing efforts to maintain and develop customer relationships through participation in industry associations and customer eventsThe successful execution of sales through effective and efficient coordination between customers and H.O.

    Penn departmentsPerform site inspections that result in accurate estimates for repairs and CSAsWork effectively with Parts and Service Management to determine pricing of work, control costs, and communicate work schedules in an all-win manner for all stakeholdersCreate accurate worksheets and quotations and review/submit customer contracts and purchase ordersCollaborate with Credit Dept.

    on new opportunities and review customer receivables to support collection effortsCommunicate daily activities to the Engine Product Support ManagerCollaboration with service and parts departments and support of Power Systems Rentals, Sales, and Project Management initiativesAssist EPSSM to develop and market plans for promoting sales of CSAs and product supportPromote and utilize Caterpillar or company merchandising programsWork with project management group to effectively transition sale to product support, including customer trainingWork effectively with sales force to provide CSAs, life cycle pricing, and customized product support offerings for new opportunitiesSeek and coordinate customer opportunities for all H.O.

    Penn products and services (Parts, Service, New/Used Equipment, Rentals)

    Qualifications:
