*This position is remote, but will require travel 50-60% throughout Dutchess County, NY.

*Ideally looking for someone that resides within Dutchess County (Poughkeepsie, Fishkill, Wappinger Falls, Hopewell Junction, Pawling, Lagrangeville etc.,)


Position/Company Overview:

Community Pharmacy Network Inc (GPO) is looking for a passionate and experienced Marketing/Sales Professional to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to help continue the growth/expansion of the organization, which offers a strong salary base + monthly commissions/bonuses, reimbursements, health insurance, PTO, 401K with a stabilized company.

This role is located in our main office in Bridgeport, CT, reports to the Operations Manager.

You will be responsible for generating leads, making sales calls, continuously updating databases, monitoring sales targets and team management.

You will help support/create acquisition opportunities for the Company by identifying prospective Independent/Community Pharmacies that we will benefit with our services.


This would be by identifying growth and profitability opportunities for their business in terms of our pricing for prescriptions (generic and name brands), speaking with wholesalers and vendors.

In addition showcasing our business model in how they can decrease their expenses, identify exceptional pricing and profitability through our partnership.


We currently have/manage 10 independent pharmacies in NY and 19 in CT and growing our network We have been in business since 2011, and majority of our independent pharmacies have been servicing the communities for several years.


Responsibilities:


  • Utilizing strategic client hunting practices, market analysis, and constant indepth client analysis to uncover revenue and saving opportunities to the clients
  • Estimate performance, recognize bottlenecks and promptly resolve customer issues to meet goals.
  • Following up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with the products provided by the company.
  • Presenting new products to existing clients to increase business opportunities.
  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
  • Reports to the Operations Manager the outcome of the delegated tasks and brings to notice of senior managers specific issues.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 25 years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay:
$70, $75,000.00 per year
