- Supervise a small team of financial analysts
- Analyze and document business processes and metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Become SME for aligned business units by building strong relationships and effective communication
- Streamline routine analysis and reports
- Deliver results with accuracy and urgency on multiple projects
- Provide quality customer service to a diverse group of internal customers
- Bachelors degree in finance or related field required
- 4+ years of relevant business or analytical experience
- Mentor or supervisor experience a plus
- Experience with Power BI, SQL and or managing large amounts of data is a plus
- Good oral and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with a variety of disciplines and diverse groups of people
- Exceptional organizational skills and a demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, follow and achieve timelines is critical
