    Description
    Vaco Boston has partnered with a growing commercial construction organization to hire a Project Manager This person will be responsible for managing project build outs and large project budgets.

    Responsibilities:
    • Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
    • Coordinate and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
    • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and milestones.
    • Work with tenants
    • Monitor project budgets and expenses, making necessary adjustments to ensure financial goals are met.
    • Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and zoning laws
    • Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
    • Collaborate with the design team, architects, and engineers to ensure project specifications are met.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
    • 3+ years' experience as a Construction Project Manager in commercial/retail environment.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
    • Familiarity with construction industry regulations and best practices.
