What to expect

In addition to analyzing and resolving occurring disruptions (2nd & 3rd level support), you will implement, administer, and maintain IT systems and services.

In addition, creating and maintaining documentation for use in operations and support is part of your responsibilities.

You will design concepts and implement them. You are also responsible for the further development of systems to increase performance, reduce costs, and mitigate risks, and support market analysis for the selection and evaluation of hardware and software products.

You will plan, coordinate, and carry out IT projects in the realization, testing, and rollout phases, including transferring projects to operations, and you will be responsible for managing and controlling external partners and service
