The Europa-Universität Viadrina Frankfurt (Oder) Foundation is currently seeking a Baker for the Information, Communication, and Multimedia Center (IKMZ) to fill the position of IT Administrator*in | Administrative Applications (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

This is a permanent position.

Without IT, nothing runs smoothly in university administration.

As an IT Administrator*in for the central administration's applications, you will operate the central databases and applications for finance, students, and personnel, and contribute to their further development.

We primarily work with products from HIS eG, but also use other applications for the digitalization of our administrative processes.

Your responsibilities include:

Administration and further development of applications and systems for university administration, particularly resource management (HIS systems), chip card system (Intercard), time tracking (TimeAccess), and form manager (Formularmanager by Xima) (including maintenance of operating systems)
Consulting and technical support for the central administration in implementing further digitalization projects
Development and maintenance of interfaces between systems
Independent support for the central administration of Viadrina
Acting as a substitute for the department head when needed

Your profile includes:

University degree in computer science / administrative or business informatics or completed training as an IT specialist for application development with at least three years of professional experience
Good knowledge of database
