Fresh ideas wanted We're looking for the next dreamers and doers to join our marketing and communications teams as part of our Marketing Development Program.

Wondering about customer research? Want to learn about campaigns and customer journeys? Want to stretch your creative muscles in areas like content writing, social media, and digital marketing? You'll see or experience it all

The Marketing Development Program targets motivated, highly collaborative problem-solvers who are eager to join a fast-paced marketing team and join the next generation of leaders of Lutron.

Independent, proactive thinkers with strong communications skills will find a rewarding program designed to support their professional growth and self-discovery through a combination of in-class learning, on-the-job training, in-field customer interactions, and marketing project work.

At the end of the 6-month development program curriculum, you will transition to your full-time role on one of our high-performing marketing or communications teams.

Marketing opportunities are located in the Lehigh Valley, PA and in Conshohocken, PA._

Responsibilities:

During and at the conclusion of the development program, you will have the opportunity to:

Analyze, optimize and improve impact of audience-targeted marketing plans
Manage crossfunctional team projects in support of all facets of the marketing plan
Build strong, productive relationships across the organization
Play a key role in discovering consumer insights and translating them into innovative solutions
Develop as a leader and marketing professional, with coaching and support from a seasoned marketing leadership team
Deliver world class marketing materials and customer experiences to effectively communicate brand, channel, or product messaging to target customers

Qualifications:

B.S. or B.A. in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
A minimum G.P.A. of 3.0 is required
Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time, sometimes with little or no notice
