    Athari Advisors is a boutique business advisory firm dedicated to helping business owners, entrepreneurs, and investors sell, buy, and grow companies.


    Position Overview:
    We are expanding our team of Business Advisors nationwide. We will train you in our successful processes for engaging target clients and closing deals.

    If you have experience in consulting, sales, business development, account management, or B2B interactions, this role is perfect for you.

    Real estate agents, insurance agents, financial advisors, and those with experience working with small business owners can find a lucrative career with us, potentially earning $200,000+ in your first year.

    Role

    Responsibilities:

    Client Engagement:
    Connect with business owners to determine their interest in buying, selling, or growing a business.

    Service Introduction:
    Present our services, sign clients up, and manage a pipeline of prospective clients through various stages until close.

    Service Handover:
    After signing clients, our Account Management team will take over service implementation.

    Hunter Role:
    Identify potential clients, pitch services, follow up, and close deals.

    Our Services:

    Business Sellers:
    Collect business information, execute Business Marketing Agreements, and transition to our Account Management team for marketing and sale facilitation.

    Business Buyers:


    Gather acquisition interests, execute Business Acquisition Agreements, and transition to our Account Management team for business searches and acquisition facilitation.


    Strategic Growth Program:


    Collect growth interests, execute Strategic Growth Program Agreements, and transition to our Account Management team for business review and growth plan implementation.


    Responsibilities:
    Proactively identify and market Athari Advisor services to prospects.
    Evaluate, qualify, and manage leads from marketing campaigns.
    Engage prospects through in-person meetings, emails, and calls.
    Build and maintain long-term relationships with referral sources.
    Manage a pipeline of prospects efficiently using our CRM system.
    Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate insights into client interactions.
    Meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual KPIs.

    Qualifications:
    Experience in business ownership, B2B consulting, sales, or account management.
    Proven ability to prospect, network, and initiate relationships through various channels.
    Proficiency in CRM usage and sales cycle management.
    Strong research skills to understand diverse industry needs.
    Excellent listening, writing, and presentation skills.
    Self-motivated, proactive, and customer-focused mindset.
    Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
