    Wealth Management Advisor - Equitable Advisors

    In this position, your responsibilities will include:

    • Analyzing client-provided financial data to formulate strategies, financial products, and services aiding clients in achieving their financial goals.
    • Developing and nurturing a client portfolio, keeping client plans current, and attracting new clients regularly.
    • Implementing Holistic Life Planning and Financial Planning strategies to offer suggestions and promote suitable financial products and services such as life insurance, annuities, and investment options.

    Qualities of an Equitable Advisors' Financial Professional:

    Equitable Advisors has seen success with individuals from various educational and professional backgrounds, including recent graduates, professionals seeking new career prospects, and those transitioning within the financial services industry.

    The requirements include:

    • Preferably a four-year college degree.
    • Mandatory acquisition of state life and health licenses, SIE, FINRA Series 7 and 66 exams (additional designations considered a bonus).
    • Driven by results, highly motivated, a self-starter with integrity, a solid work ethic, and a passion for assisting others in planning for and safeguarding their financial futures.
    • A team player with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, along with a high level of self-assurance.
    • Capacity to leverage past/present experiences and connections to expand markets and uphold lasting relationships. Note: candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

    To kickstart your journey as a Financial Professional, Equitable Advisors will support you in meeting the licensing prerequisites, with a training program intended to equip you with the necessary skills and tools for success.

    The training encompasses various areas including client management skills, sales techniques, market expansion, product knowledge, technology platforms, and fundamental practice management systems.
