- Review and approve advisor social media and text message activity. This will be reviewed from a brand and compliance perspective to ensure they are accurate and not misleading.
- Consult with advisors to support them in aligning their materials with brand and company policies.
- Interact with Marketing, Compliance, Brand, Legal and other business partners on sophisticated advisor activity and trends.
- Occasionally this position will also be required to serve as a subject matter authority in meetings with business partners as well as field leaders.
- The candidate will be encouraged to optimally handle intensified and critical issues.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 5 years minimum relevant work experience.
- Active Series 7
- Active Series 24 and 63 (or the ability to obtain within 120 days of start date. If multiple exams are required, will be done consecutively with an additional 90-day window after optimally passing each exam).
- Problem solving and analytical skills; ability to optimally analyze sophisticated issues.
- Ability to consistently exercise good judgment when making decisions on sophisticated matters that don't have clear answers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including ability to deliver unfavorable messages.

The role of the Manager - CSU (Social Media) will be focused on reviewing and signing off on social media content on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram as well as advisor text messages. The Central Supervision team has a number of key responsibilities to support our advisors service model and growth through marketing and communications in a lively and flexible environment.To be successful in this role, you will provide advisors with feedback and coaching on these platforms. In addition, the Sales Supervision Manager - Social Media will be aware of trends in the industry and for particular advisors to educate leaders and business partners.
This role will be following our hybrid model (three days in office) in the following locations: Charlotte, NC; Las Vegas, NV; Minneapolis, MN and Troy, Michigan.
