Your Opportunity:
We are seeking a qualified Program Controls Manager to join our client's team. In this role, you will provide program and project controls expertise to improve project delivery.

You will oversee multiple infrastructure projects, develop project controls solutions, and provide direction and supervision to a team of professionals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement project controls standards and procedures, ensuring compliance and initiating corrective measures as necessary.
  • Oversee planning and scheduling activities, including schedule development, project reporting, and problem analysis, to meet company and client requirements.
  • Provide consultation to the company, client, and subcontractors on planning, delivery, and scheduling activities.
  • Communicate areas of concern to the Program Leadership Team.
  • Perform QA/QC of cost and scheduling processes, reports, and utilization.
  • Deploy solutions for key accounts consistently and successfully.
  • Lead large, complex teams through challenging project assignments and client environments.
  • Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement.
  • Represent project controls tasks in meetings with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain and develop client relationships to facilitate program activities.

Capabilities and Credentials:


  • Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, employees, and other professionals involved in the program.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and negotiating skills.
  • Experience with contract negotiations with clients and subcontractors.
  • Commitment to personal and team safety, adhering to company health and safety guidelines.
  • Consistent adherence to internal company processes and policies.
  • Experience in multiple project delivery methods, including Design Bid Build, Progressive Design Build, CMAR, and Design Build.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), scheduling, schedule analysis, cost estimating, cost control, budget development, reporting, and record/document control.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Education and Experience:


  • BA/BS in Engineering, Environmental, or Construction Management required.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
years of program management experience in infrastructure, buildings, utilities, or water projects required.

  • Preferred experience in the municipal sector, including public works, utilities, transportation, and industry.
Experience managing individual programs valued at $1.5B or more.


Pay:
$150, $175,000.00 per year
