- Proficiency in SolidWorks and/or Creo for custom design creation
- Capability to review project proposals or plans to determine project timelines and procedures
- Ability to review product designs for adherence to engineering principles, company standards, and customer requirements
- Analytical skills to assess research data and product specifications for feasibility studies
- Competency in evaluating design changes, specifications, and drawing releases
- Experience in preparing costing reports for current and new designs
- BS in Engineering required; focus on hydraulic design preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field
- Knowledge of truck manufacturing processes is advantageous
- Previous automotive internships or experience valued
- Generate custom designs and layouts meeting customer orders or other specifications
- Ensure product design compliance with all relevant standards and requirements
- Analyze data to determine the feasibility of product proposals
- Assist with warranty issues as they arise
- Prepare detailed costing reports on various designs
- ITAR Work Regulations compliance required (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holders only)
- Candidates must be willing to work onsite; remote options are not available
