    Key Responsibilities:
    Lead the development of groundbreaking products, from conceptualization to production.

    Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering Teams to define precise product specifications.

    Drive innovation by troubleshooting complex design issues and providing cost-effective solutions.

    Support timelines to ensure successful product launches, meeting high-quality standards.

    Evaluate and recommend suppliers, actively participating in supplier management.

    Contribute to the development of new products and cost-effective manufacturing processes.

    Execute various assigned duties to foster continuous improvement.


    Qualifications:

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE), Electronics Engineering (BSET), or equivalent.


    Experience:
    Minimum 5 years in electrical design engineering within consumer product design.


    Skills and Abilities:
    Expertise in hardware design for Motor Controllers and Wireless controls (RF, BT, leading technologies).

    Proficient in the design and fabrication of Permanent Magnet and Brushless DC motors.

    Familiarity with Switch Mode Power Designs (DC marine battery chargers).

    Background in embedded C programming for microcontrollers (8, 16, or 32 bit).

    Advanced knowledge of electronic and electrical circuits, schematics, and product development processes.

    Proven creativity, analytical thinking, and technical expertise.

    Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and external contacts.

    Advanced proficiency with computer-based analysis, simulation, and design tools (Altium preferred).
